Role Description:

The Field Service Coordinator holds a significant position in LVT's Field Service team, tasked with a diverse array of duties, notably organizing and executing projects involving partners and clients. This role combines leadership in project management with hands-on involvement to guarantee the successful and efficient completion of assigned projects, ultimately leading to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new Field Service partners, managing all aspects of the process including: training coordination, information and document collection, system set-up and enablement, and alignment with internal groups (dispatch, support, accounts payable).
  • Manage LVT’s technician territory map program, including initial setup, update coordination, and Dispatch team training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper alignment and execution of Field Service projects.
  • Provide training and updates to LVT staff responsible for scheduling work orders to ensure correct technician assignments.
  • Collaborate with IT on ServiceNow platform deployment, ensuring consistency, intuitiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of processes.
  • Work closely with LVT IT to build and automate technician assignment processes within ServiceNow.
  • Oversee, track, and coordinate technician training, including initial onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Organize and conduct work order audits to ensure consistent instructions to field service technicians.
  • Assist with partner inventory audits and compile performance management feedback.
  • Assist in implementing partner safety programs.
  • Coordinate accounts payable activities between Field Service Partners (FSPs) and LVT AP, including invoice reviews and approvals.
  • Track and manage project dashboards.
  • Assist the Field Service team in coordinating and managing project plans across the Field Operations team, driving tasks and timelines for timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders in LVT Field Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in project management and adept at multitasking.
  • Skilled in developing and managing relationships with third-party partners, particularly in Field Service or technical services.
  • Highly customer-centric with a proven ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving performance improvement through objective metrics and incentive programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and collaborative with a strong teamwork mentality.
